4 WEEK BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

Join us in the studio for this 4 week course that will explore the breath, movement, and some classic poses- getting you ready to attend classes with confidence.

Over the four weeks-

WEEK ONE: How to move with the breath. Warm-ups

WEEK TWO: Moving from the front to the back of the mat- props

WEEK THREE: Sun salutations

WEEK FOUR: Standing poses. Putting it all together

You do not need any yoga experience for this course, just a desire to learn!

Equally, this course is great if you have taken a break from yoga and need a refresher.

BREATHWORK WORKSHOP

Our breath is our greatest tool and the gateway to a regulated nervous system.

We do breath work (known as pranayama in yoga) in class, but we don’t often have tome to explore them on a deeper level- cue this workshop!

Over 90 minutes, we will explore a range of breath work practises and why and when they might be useful. From energising practises to use into morning, to calming ones to use at night, we will explore them all, leaven you feel gin resourced and ready to breathe through anything life throws at you!
