NEW to sowa?
Welcome!
Whether you are new to the studio, or new to yoga, you will find we are a very welcoming space. Remember, that everyone was new once!
We all get how uncomfortable it can be to walk in to a new space for the first time, so let me take you through what would happen when you first get to us…
You will find us at 464 Bunnerong road Matraville (near the fire station).
- Book a class first- we use Kriya booking system for all our passes and bookings. You will need to create an account on Kriya, then you can book a pass and book into a class. Hit the link to the left!
- Doors open 15 minutes before class starts- for your first class, we recommend you get here early so you can get set up and chill out.
- The Teacher will be at the door, ready to welcome you.
- Pop your shoes to the left, then you will be shown to the back room- here you can leave your personal belongings, use the bathroom, and grab any props the teacher will tell you that you need for class.
- Tell us any injuries that you have so that we can best support your practise. If this IS your first yoga class, tell us that too so we can help!
