SOWA YOGA is now found inside Soul Studios 24. The shop is named Soul Studios 24 (see image to the left), but we run our classes inside this shared space!
HOW TO BOOK
Sowa Yoga uses its own booking system, seperate to Soul Studios 24. So, to book any classes run by us, you need to book Via Core Bookings.
PASSES
To attend any Sowa Yoga classes, you need to purchase a Sowa Yoga pass- all available. on core Bookings
PARKING
Street parking is available, but timed.
On our side of the road is two hour parking, everywhere else is one hour.
Untimed street paragon after 6pm.
CARPARKS
You can park in the car park off Baird Avenue and walk through the walk way, cross Bunnerong road, then turn left and you will find us just there!
Woolworths also has parking underneath at the Peninsula Village.
