Join us for a series of interactive yoga adventures using music, yoga inspired movement, puppetry and storytelling to support your little one’s physical, social and emotional development.
Each session begins and ends the same to create a sense of safety and routine, while weekly adventures invite children to creatively connect to their bodies and breath through yoga and imagination as we travel to meet new friends and uncover hidden treasures. ✨

Yes please! For health and safety reasons parents/caregivers are expected to stay for the duration of the whole show. You can join n, or sit at the back of the studio and watch you kid have fun!
